What I Do — and Why It Works Together

As a Multipotentialite, Fractional Disrupter, Conceptual Artist, Photographer, Podcaster and Coach based in the Netherlands, Dennis Khalil operates across six domains — not despite each other, but because of each other. Generalists see what specialists miss. This is what that looks like in practice

I operate at the intersection of strategy, visual art, human performance, and technology. These are not isolated projects; they are a single ecosystem where each domain strengthens the other. Choose your starting point below. Based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, available across the Netherlands and internationally.

The Artist (Conceptual Fine Art)

Art has always been the place where I ask the questions that logic cannot answer.

My conceptual photography explores universal themes — consciousness, identity, perception, the invisible structures of human experience. Each work is a layered investigation, not a decoration. I have something to say — about what it means to be human, about the systems we build and the stories we tell ourselves inside them. The work is the vehicle.

Works have been exhibited in the Netherlands and internationally, including at RH Contemporary in New York.

The IT Strategist — Fractional CIO (YoDenny)

I work with CEOs and management teams stuck in their digital transformation. As a Fractional Disrupter and CIO, I don’t come in to simply mind the shop; I come in to force a breakthrough.

Most IT problems are not IT problems. They are people problems, communication problems, or culture problems that have been mistakenly routed to the IT department.

With over twenty years of leadership experience — including fourteen years as COO of a managed services organisation — I bring something most IT strategists cannot: a formal background in Public Administration and Senior Management, and an artistic eye trained to see what does not belong in the composition. I ask the questions that feel too basic to ask. They are usually the ones that matter most.

I work as a Fractional CIO and Disrupter for MKB, scale-ups and corporates. I come in, map what is actually happening versus what the reports say, and build a plan that sticks because it is built around the people who have to live with it.

The Photographer (Commercial & Portrait)

Your LinkedIn photo was taken three years ago. Your website portrait makes you look like a stock image. That is the first thing people see when they search your name.

I photograph executives, entrepreneurs and professionals who want to be seen as who they actually are — not who they think they should look like. After twenty years behind a lens, the most valuable skill I have is not technical. It is making people forget the camera is there — and finding the image that is already waiting.

Services: executive and personal branding portraits, commercial photography, editorial work, sports and events coverage

Wall Art (Exclusive Photography)

The room where your team makes its most important decisions — what does it say about your organisation? Blank walls produce blank thinking. A space with depth, story and visual tension produces better conversations.

I offer a curated selection of my finest photographic works as high-quality prints. Available in multiple formats — canvas, acrylic, metal, fine art paper — in sizes from intimate to monumental. For homes, offices and boardrooms that want something to say.

The Mind & Body Coach (Zielkompas)

Thirty years of training — across disciplines, through serious injury and full rehabilitation — taught me that physical and mental performance are not separate conversations. You cannot build one without the other.

I coach individuals on strength, conditioning and the mind-body connection that makes results sustainable. Highly personalized, data-informed, and built around your specific goals and history. I have also worked six years with people living with Parkinson’s disease — an experience that fundamentally shaped how I think about barriers, optimization and progress.

The Podcaster (Soulspark Mini-Podcast)

The world moves fast, and continuous learning is the only way to stay relevant. In the Soulspark podcast, I share bite-sized, high-impact audio insights at the intersection of technology, creative thinking, and personal growth. Designed to provoke thought and trigger immediate action.

The Synthesis: The Multipotentialite Advantage

These disciplines do not coexist. They integrate.

In a world obsessed with hyper-specialisation, the most valuable skill is not depth in one domain. It is the ability to move between domains and see what each one reveals about the others.

When I walk into a boardroom with a strategic challenge, I bring the artist’s eye — trained to find the element that does not belong and ask why it is there. When I approach a creative project, I bring the COO’s discipline — deadlines, budgets, stakeholder management.

The sports coach in me knows that performance requires both structure and flexibility. The photographer in me knows that the most important moment is always the one just before someone stops performing for the camera.

You do not get a single skill set when you work with me. You get the multiplied value of all of them — applied to exactly what you need.
